At the Pines Edge

A $100 dollar non refundable reservation fee/deposit is required to hold the reservation. (requested dates will be held 5 days pending receipt of deposit)
Balance of rental fee is due 30 days before your arrival date.
All transactions require check, cash, or money order.
A $100 dollar separate security deposit check (against damages) is also required at time of reservation and will be held (not cashed) unless there are damages.
After check out examination check will be destroyed.

There is a $100 dollar handling fee for cancellations 30 days and under.
The balance of paid amount will be refunded only if the rental unit can be re-rented for the same period as the cancellation.
There will be no refunds for power outages due to storms or in climate weather.
No refunds for injuries, sickness, or other perils beyond the control of the owners.

Guest are expected to maintain the cottage and upon checkout to leave it in the same condition as you found it.
Guest are responsible for reporting broken or malfunctioning appliances, electrical equipment, heating or cooling equipment immediately so it can be repaired.
Cottage is a non-smoking unit---all smoking must be done outside.
Any person visiting that is not a registered guest must be reported to the management.
All guest must leave at or before the check out time and are not permitted on the property until at or after the check in time.
All guest and vistors must follow the posted rules of the cottage. Bedroom One bedroom queen size bed, memory foam mattress, linen/towels.
There is no shooting or discharging of firearms allowed on property.
There is no hunting of any type allowed on the property.
No 4 wheelers.
No tenting or RV's
There is a telephone for local calls only. You will need a calling card or call collect. Cell phone service is spotty in our area.
